A clean, well-kept suburban backyard lawn in Madison, WI, photographed in realistic detail, with a neatly edged grass area and a sturdy wooden fence in the background. In the center of the frame, a bright lime-green plastic pet waste bin with a tight-fitting lid stands beside a matching scoop and a small stack of neatly tied biodegradable waste bags. Soft late-morning natural light creates gentle, realistic shadows and subtle highlights on the plastic surfaces, emphasizing cleanliness and order. Captured at eye level with a slight three-quarters angle, the composition follows the rule of thirds, leaving blurred, lush greenery in the background. The mood is professional, reassuring, and hygienic, with a clean, modern photographic aesthetic that reinforces reliable pet waste removal services.

Why Is Pet Waste Removal Important?

Protects Pet Health

Pet waste carries harmful bacteria and parasites such as E.coli, roundworms, and giardia. These parasites can spread to humans and other animals. Children and other pets are especially at risk.

Prevents Environmental Pollution:

When left on the ground, waste washes into storm drains, and contaminates rivers, lakes, and groundwater. Pet waste is a major source of urban water pollution.

Keeps Yards Clean:

Reduces foul odors. Prevents lawn damage (yellow spots and dead grass) caused by high nitrogen levels in waste. Creates cleaner, safer outdoor spaces for you and your pets.

Mine Sweepers Safety & Cleanliness:

We disinfect all tools and footwear between every property to prevent cross contamination. You and your pets safety is our priority.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!

Yes, we love to interact with your pets. (We always carry treats!) However, if you have a dog unfriendly to strangers we request you please keep your dog out of the yard during your scheduled scooping.

Rain does not stop us from scooping! However, more severe weather will prevent us from completing your scheduled scooping. We will reschedule you for a new day without charge!

We seal and bag the scooped pet waste and deposit it in your trash can. If that absolutely does not work for you we can arrange to take the waste with us for an additional fee.

During the on-boarding process you will provide access to either your gate or other options.

Mine Sweepers does not do contracts.

About Us

Mine Sweepers LLC

I started Mine Sweepers after working as an insurance adjuster. I walked through thousands of yards inspecting houses. Almost every house I went to with a dog, the owner would always say “watch out for the landmines”. I want homeowners to enjoy their yards, not be worried about the odor or stepping on their pets waste. As a pet owner my self (160lb Newfoundland) I understand how busy life gets. It can be hard to have time to pick up after your pet. Mine Sweepers offers the helping hand to give you more time to enjoy your pet and yard worry-free of “landmines”.
